Sho Bushido Ryu Primary Principle

Sho Bushido Ryu Bujutsu has one primary goal-to save the practitioner's life in the event of any survivable attack. Regardless of whether the attack comes from an armed attacker or multiple attackers, the ultimate goal is preparedness despite the challenge. Sho Bushido Ryu utilizes effective movement into an opponent in order to apply joint locks, throws, foot sweeps, strikes and chokes. Students learn to defend against knives, clubs, guns and multiple attackers. Despite a person's size and strength, he or she can become adept at jujitsu.

Emphasis is devoted to all conceivable scenarios, including defenses against a knife and gun, and when confronted by multiple attackers. Sho Bushido Ryu is uniquely able to force multiple attackers to be their own worst enemies. By inflicting pain to control their opponent, the jujitsuka is able to move them to wherever he/she wishes. This can be into a wall, across broken glass on the street, or into another opponent. In fact, the very act of inflicting terrific pain on one attacker is tremendous and compelling incentive for additional attackers to remain at bay.
